Multi-Tenancy
YuCommerce is a multi-tenant platform. Each tenant (business) operates in complete isolation — separate data, separate users, separate marketplace credentials. You access your tenant via a unique subdomain.
How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”- Each tenant gets a subdomain:
yourstore.yucommerce.com - Your data is stored in an isolated database — no other tenant can access it
- Users are scoped to a single tenant
- Marketplace credentials (Amazon, Walmart) are per-tenant

Section titled “What’s Shared”- The application code and infrastructure
- The documentation site (this site — universal across all tenants)
- Platform features and updates
What’s Isolated
Section titled “What’s Isolated”- All product data, SKUs, images, and listings
- User accounts and login
- Marketplace connections and credentials
- UPC pools
- Settings and configuration
Limitations
Section titled “Limitations”- Users cannot belong to multiple tenants
- Data cannot be shared or transferred between tenants
- Each tenant must connect their own marketplace seller accounts
