Image Management

Each SKU can have up to 15 images: a main image (displayed first) plus 14 additional images. Images are automatically resized into three sizes for different display contexts.

Upload Requirements

• Formats: JPG or PNG only
• Max file size: 5 MB per image
• Min dimension: Shortest side must be at least 1000px
• Duplicates: The same image file cannot be uploaded twice to the same SKU

Image Slots

• 15 slots per SKU: main image (slot 1) + images 2–15
• Slot order determines display priority on marketplaces
• Drag and drop to reorder images

Managing Images

Open the image manager from the SKU matrix (camera icon) or the SKU detail page:

1. Upload — Click the + slot or drag files into the dialog
2. Reorder — Drag images to change their position
3. Remove — Click the remove button on any image
4. Save — Click Save to apply changes

Changes are not saved until you click Save. Closing the dialog without saving discards all changes.

Copy from SKU

When multiple SKUs share the same images (e.g., different sizes of the same color), you can copy images from another SKU instead of re-uploading:

1. Open the image manager for the target SKU
2. Click “Copy from SKU”
3. Select the source SKU from the dropdown (grouped by first variation value)
4. The source’s images replace all current slots
5. Edit further if needed, then Save

Rules:

• Copy replaces all current images (review before saving)
• The button is hidden if the product has only one SKU
• SKUs with no images are shown but visually muted in the dropdown
• Cancel discards the copy — nothing is saved until you explicitly Save

Limitations

• Images can be added, removed, or reordered regardless of product status (no locking)
• Maximum 15 images per SKU
• Only JPG and PNG formats are supported
