Product Catalog

Products are the top-level items in your catalog. Each product has a title, brand, description, features, and one or more SKUs. Products go through a status lifecycle from incomplete to published.

IncompleteProduct is in progress — not yet fully configured
PublishedProduct is live and visible on sales channels

Publishing is one-way. Once a product is published, it cannot be reverted to incomplete.

To publish a product, all of the following must be true:

Product-level:

  • Title is filled in
  • Brand is filled in
  • Description is filled in
  • At least one feature is listed

SKU-level:

  • At least one active SKU exists
  • Every active SKU has a list price set
  • Every active SKU has a main image (first slot) set

Inactive SKUs are excluded from publish checks.

  • Incomplete products can be deleted
  • Published products cannot be deleted

Use the search bar to find products by Item ID (exact match) or title (partial match). Results show exact ID matches first, then title matches sorted by newest.
